Materials Used: 140lb. Watercolor paper, polymer medium, acrylics, painted drawing paper, gestural mark making with a feather and ink, acrylics glazing, sealed with a layer of UV satin varnished.
Meaning behind the art: After a highly creative week and workshop at Dillman’s, in upper Wisconsin I am unpacked and settling nicely into the home. There is a still lot of energy looking for a place to go. Most of my work is about reacting to an idea, emotion, color, mark or shape.
