Hi Laura. Just wanted to say how much I love your work. You seem to have developped your own little universe. A joyful world of coloured tenderness. A real inspiration for people like me who are still searching... Best regards Uwe

Artist's Description

Materials Used: 140lb. Watercolor paper, polymer medium, acrylics, stained tissue paper, Nevr Dull resist magazine paper, India Ink line drawings, Grunge on drawing paper, stamped book page, glazing with acrylics and mediums, wax pastel crayons, sealed with a layer of UV satin varnished.

Meaning behind the art: Laying out papers in a grid composition is a natural thing for me. Torn edges, cut edges, to all different sizes of squares and rectangles. This year little did I know when I did my vision board in January that feathers were going to be a thing, their so beautiful and amazing. Again I open up my box from the last workshop of sample papers I made and just went for the summer colors and of course anything with lines. This piece is more like summer spillage of warm colorful natural things, trees, feathers and stacking rocks to the pink healing ringlets.
