Description
Playing Around" 8 x 8 piece of collage art with a 2� white mat to the final size of 12 x 12 ready for you to slide into a nice 12 x 12 frame.
Materials Used: 140lb. Watercolor paper, polymer medium, acrylics, altered magazine pages with Nevr Dull, painted Kraft paper and textured with gesso-canvas primer, reinforcement rings, printing with corrugated paper, neo II crayons, colored pencil, glazing medium and acrylics, sealed with a layer of UV satin varnished.
Meaning behind the art: Everyone morning I pick from a bowl of rocks and this morning I picked the word �Play� with a big smiling face. With the Snow a week or so ago we decided to cancel and this Monday was the make-up class. It was a good time as we talked and created. I brought along the piece I�ve actually been taking some risks on and played for a while with it and then I got my watercolor substrate to being tack down Tuesday�s piece I normal start them on Monday afternoon but I�ve been sneaking in some time in class with them where I can do some demonstration too as work on them. It was all about �Playing Around.�
